By accessing or using Ulisty (including downloading the app), you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Users must provide accurate information, including valid identification and proof of being a licensed real estate broker

• Ulisty reserves the right to verify credentials and may deny or suspend access if verification fails

• Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account

• Ulisty is provided “as‑is,” without express or implied warranty except as required by law

• Users agree to use the app lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Ulisty reserves the right to limit or terminate user access or remove content at its discretion

• The app is free to download and register

• Certain features require in-app credit purchases

• Non‑Refundability: Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

• All Ulisty content, branding, and software are owned or licensed by Ulisty

• Users retain rights to content they upload, granting Ulisty a license to host and use such content as needed

• Ulisty disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law

• Ulisty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use

• Users agree to defend and indemnify Ulisty and its affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the app or violation of these Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Dubai law

• All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai

• Ulisty reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice

• Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and continued use indicates acceptance

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force

These Terms and the Privacy Policy comprise the entire agreement regarding your use of Ulisty
